¿Qué podemos contratar en el mercado español? Mab, Latíbex, Renta Fija…
A la hora de contratar diferentes activos en el mercado español, creemos que es interesante que el inversor tenga claro qué es lo que puede comprar en cada una de las partes que componen el mercado español, que como sabrán está operado por Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME, empresa cotizada en el Ibex35)
Entre los principales componentes, podemos destacar:
Bolsas de Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao y Valencia
Son los principales centros de negociación bursátil. Hoy en día ya no es común la operativa física en estas bolsas, ya que la operativa hoy en día se realiza, casi en su totalidad de manera electrónica.
El principal mercado de valores, es la Bolsa de Madrid, cuyo índice de referencia es el Índice General de la Bolsa de Madrid. No obstante, de cara a lectores principiantes, destacaremos un índice principalmente:
Ibex35
Es el índice de referencia del mercado español. En el cotizan las 35 empresas de mayor capitalización del mercado bursátil. Estas 35 empresas, pueden ir variando, ya que dos veces al año, el Comité Asesor Técnico se reúne para decidir si hay modificaciones en la composición del índice. Para ello, tendrán en cuenta datos de capitalización media y de volumen de contratación de las diferentes empresas. Así pues, no es extraño que haya empresas que pasen del Ibex35 al mercado continuo, y viceversa.
El horario de contratación en el Ibex35, va desde las 9:00h a las 17:30h (más 5 minutos de subasta de cierre), de manera ininterrumpida.
Latibex
Es un mercado regulado por la Ley del Mercado de Valores, en el que cotizan en euros las principales empresas latinoamericanas. Utiliza como sistema de contratación la Plataforma electrónica de la Bolsa Española, al igual que cualquier acción que cotice en el mercado español.
Su horario es de 11:30h a 17:30h.
Su evolución a sido constante a lo largo del tiempo, pasando de los 6.000 millones de euros de capitalización en 1999, hasta los más de 425.000 millones de capitalización actualmente, casi un 40% de lo que supone la capitalización total del mercado español.
Entre los países que cuentan con presencia en el mercado Latibex a través de alguna de sus empresas, tenemos a Brasil, México, Argentina, Chile y Perú, siendo Brasil el país que cuenta con un mayor número de compañías cotizadas en euros.
MEFF
Es el Mercado Español de Futuros Financieros. Se trata de un mercado organizado, que está organizado, regulado y supervisado por la CNMV (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores).
En este mercado, se pueden contratar tanto futuros como opciones, sobre índices o acciones.
AIAF
Es la Asociación de Intermediarios de Activos Financieros. Se trata de un mercado organizado de renta fija, conde se negocian activos de deuda de empresas, administraciones públicas o entidades financieras. No obstante, se trata de un mercado orientado principalmente a inversores institucionales. Para inversores particulares o minoristas, existe otro mercado de renta fija, conocido como SEND (Sistema Electrónico de Negociación de Deuda).
MAB
Se trata del mercado alternativo bursátil, y es un mercado organizado, que se diferencia del Mercado Continuo al contar con una regulación diferente y especialmente creada para las Sicav, las empresas de Capital Riesgo o las PYMES en expansión.
En la fase de despierte en que todas las tendencias
